About the Artist

Nina Morales is currently a full time marketer & graphic designer and has been since spring 2011. She is a classically trained artist receiving an AFA in Studio Arts and graduating with honors under Phi Theta Kappa.

Ninapedia was created in 2007 as a business and web presence to take artistic commissions under. Since then she’s created everything from colored pencil portraitsĀ of her teacher’s pet to logos for an unique independent news site: Girls Making Comics.

From 2010 to 2013 she wrote, created and published a weekly web comic called “Mike & Nina: a Love Story” that chronicled her daily life with her boyfriend. A segment went on to be published in the anthology Sugar Ninjas: Spicy (volume 3).
